Cookie policy
1. Who we are
This cookie policy applies to babyprintlab.nl, babyprintlab.de and babyprintlab.fr (together "the shop"). The shop is run by:

2. What this policy covers
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Websites can also store information in your browser in other ways, such as "local storage" and "session storage". The law treats all of these the same way: storing information on your device, or reading it from there, requires your consent unless it is strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for (Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, as implemented in article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act, § 25 of the German TDDDG and article 82 of the French Loi Informatique et Libertés). In this policy, "cookies" means all of these technologies.
3. In short
The shop sets no cookies of its own. It uses only browser storage that is strictly necessary for the shop to work: to remember the design you are working on and the contents of your basket. We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and we do not use tracking technologies. Because everything we store is strictly necessary, the law does not require your consent, and the shop therefore shows no cookie banner.
4. Storage used by the shop
The shop itself (provider: Babyprint Lab) stores the following in your browser. This information stays on your device. The contents of your basket are sent to us when you go to checkout to place an order. Each item is kept for up to 30 days after it was last changed; after that the shop no longer uses it and deletes it from your browser the next time it looks for it.

The fonts on the shop are served from our own domain, so loading them does not contact a third party.
5. Our hosting provider Cloudflare
The shop runs on the network of Cloudflare, Inc. Depending on the security settings in use, Cloudflare can set cookies to protect the shop against attacks and automated traffic, for example __cf_bm (distinguishes people from bots; expires after 30 minutes without activity) or cf_clearance (records that your browser passed a security check; kept for the period set for that check). Where Cloudflare sets such cookies, they are strictly necessary for the security of the shop; Cloudflare states that it does not use them for tracking. More information: Cloudflare cookies.
6. Payment through Stripe
When you pay, you leave the shop and go to the payment page of our payment provider Stripe (checkout.stripe.com). Cookies on that page are set by Stripe, not by us, and are governed by Stripe's own policies. More information: Stripe cookie policy and Stripe privacy policy.
7. Managing or deleting stored information
You can view and delete cookies and other stored information at any time in your browser settings, and you can block them. If you delete the shop's storage, the shop forgets your design and your basket. If you block it, you can still browse the shop and use the editor, but you cannot go on to the proof, the basket or checkout, because the shop cannot remember your design or basket between pages.
8. Personal data
Information stored in your browser can include personal details you entered, such as your baby's name. We process personal data as described in our privacy policy.
9. Changes
If we change the cookies or similar technologies we use, for example by adding analytics, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before using them.
